Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using REI Automated, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Description of Service

REI Automated provides a customer relationship management platform designed for real estate investors, including deal management, communications, analytics, and educational content.

Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

Subscription & Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected. New CRM subscriptions include a $1 promotional trial: 7 days for an ordinary signup, or 28 days if you were referred by an affiliate. At the end of your trial, your plan renews automatically at the regular price on the date shown at checkout, and the card on file is charged. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period and stops future charges, but does not reverse charges already made.

Refunds

All payments are final and non-refundable. This includes subscription fees for any billing period whether or not you used the service, the $1 trial charge, the charge when a trial converts to a paid subscription, prepaid credits, add-ons, and any partial period remaining after you cancel. We do not offer prorated or partial refunds, and we do not issue credit for unused time. Cancelling stops future charges but does not reverse charges already made. This does not limit any right you have under law that cannot be waived by agreement. If you believe you were billed in error, contact admin@reiautomated.io within 30 days of the charge; correcting a billing error is not a refund of a valid charge. Acceptable Use

You agree to use REI Automated only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable TCPA and CAN-SPAM regulations for any communications sent through our platform.

Limitation of Liability

REI Automated is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
