By accessing or using REI Automated, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Description of Service

REI Automated provides a customer relationship management platform designed for real estate investors, including deal management, communications, analytics, and educational content.

Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

Subscription & Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected. New CRM subscriptions include a $1 first month promotional period. After 30 days, your plan renews at the regular price. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use REI Automated only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable TCPA and CAN-SPAM regulations for any communications sent through our platform.

Limitation of Liability

REI Automated is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
