What counts as a "contract" for the guarantee?
A signed purchase agreement or assignment contract with a real seller on a real property — meaning it has been executed by both parties and represents a legitimate transaction. It must be a deal you sourced and closed through the REI Automated system while following your Terms of Use requirements (marketing minimums, call requirements, deal submissions, attendance, and weekly documentation). We're transparent about the rules because we want you to win.
What is the difference between a Sprint and a Membership?
Sprint programs include a contracts guarantee — if you follow the system and don't hit your tier's contract target within the guarantee window, we refund 100% plus ad spend. Membership plans give ongoing access to training, tools, community, and coaching at a monthly rate but do not include a contracts guarantee. Many clients do a sprint first, then continue with a membership to keep the system running.
Can I start with a membership and upgrade to a sprint later?
Absolutely. Many members start with a monthly membership to get access to the tools and training, then upgrade to a sprint when they're ready for the full guarantee-backed program. Your membership payments don't count toward the sprint price, but you'll already have a head start on the training.
