Community Leaders are experienced, active REI Automated clients who volunteer to guide newer members. They aren't outside coaches — they're using the same system you are.
How Mentorship Works
Free, Deal-Specific Guidance
Every engagement starts with 1–3 hours of free guidance on your actual deal. No pitch — the goal is to get you unstuck so you can do it on your own.
A Structured Path If You Need More
If a deal needs deeper hands-on involvement, there's a structured joint-venture path — with agreements managed by REI Automated, not a handshake deal off to the side.
The Same System, Reinforced
Community Leaders attend weekly Office Hours and quarterly check-ins with REI Automated leadership, and they reinforce the same methodology you're already learning — no outside systems.
